Easy Dill Pickle Tuna Salad Recipe with Chickpeas

Ingredients

Chickpeas
drained
1
can
Tuna
drained
1
Scallion
chopped
1/2
tablespoon
Mayo
2
tablespoons
Greek Yogurt
1
teaspoon
Dijon Mustard
2
tablespoons
Dill Pickle Relish
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, add in drained chickpeas. Use a potato masher to mash about 3/4 of the chickpeas.
1 can Chickpeas
Then add in drained tuna.
1 can Tuna
Add in chopped scallion, mayo, greek yogurt, dijon mustard, and dill pickle relish.
1 Scallion,
1/2 tablespoon Mayo,
2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt,
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard,
2 tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
Stir everything together! Then season with salt and pepper!
Salt and Pepper
Serve with lettuce or a toasted piece of bread!
