- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Garnish:
- Whipped Cream
- Chopped Nuts
- Fruit
To a blender, add in chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, cocoa powder, and brown sugar.
1/4 cup Chia Seeds, 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup, 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar, 2 1/2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder, 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Then pour in milk.
1 cup Milk
Pour everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a ramekin and cover.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
Serve with a little whipped cream, fruit, or some chopped nuts!
