Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark

An easy, healthy Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark that is perfect for snack, dessert, or even with your breakfast! It's perfectly sweet and the perfect balance of sweet and salty!

- 1 cup Greek Yogurt plain or vanilla
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 cup Peanuts chopped
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- Flakey Salt garnish
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey.
1 cup Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup Peanut Butter, 1 tablespoon Honey
Stir everything together, then spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Add chopped peanuts to the top.
1/4 cup Peanuts
Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt together dark chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second increments until fully meltd.
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Drizzle chocolate over the top and spread out. Top with a little pinch of flakey salt and freeze until chocolate is hardened.
Flakey Salt
After everything is frozen, cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
