Birthday Cake Truffles

- 1 box Vanilla Cake Mix made to package instructions
- 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Milk
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 1/2 cup Sprinkles
- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
To start, make the boxed vanilla cake according to package and let cool for an hour.
After cake cools, crumble cake into a large bowl.
In a measuring cup, pour in milk, then add in vanilla and almond extract.
To the crumbled cake, add in cream cheese, sprinkles, and milk/extract mixture
Use a hand mixer to mix everything together.
Once mixture resembles cookie dough, use a small cookie scoop to scoop out the dough. Roll the dough into small balls.
Place the truffles into the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until fully melted.
Gently coat the cake truffle in the white chocolate, using a fork to gently tap the excess off.
Set on a piece of parchment paper then add a few more sprinkles to the top.
Let chocolate firm up completely before serving!
