Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together oil, brown sugar, and sugar.
Add in eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin puree. Stir together.
Add in pumpkin pie spice, flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix everything together.
In a separate bowl, make the crumble by stirring together butter, flour, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extra, and salt. Set aside.
Pour batter into piping bag, pipe donut batter into the donut pan about halfway full.
Sprinkle crumble on top of the batter.
Put the donuts into the oven, bake for about 18-20 minutes.
Let donuts cool slightly before sprinkling powdered sugar over the top, then enjoy!
