In a large skillet on the stove, add a drizzle of olive oil and chopped onions.

Let for about 2 minutes, before adding in grated garlic cloves and ground turkey.

Then add in cumin, oregano, paprika, and chili powder.

Let the turkey cook for about 7-10 minutes, until fully cooked.
In the meantime, peel and chop sweet potatoes and carrots. Chop up celery and green peppers. Drain the chickpeas and cannellini beans.
In the crockpot, add in the ground turkey mixture.
Then add in sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, green peppers, chickpeas, and cannellini beans.
2 Sweet Potatoes, 2 cups Carrots, 1 can Chickpeas, 1 can Cannellini Beans, 1 cup Celery, 2 Green Peppers
Add in pumpkin puree, chicken broth, wine, and bay leaves.

Add in salt and pepper, the stir everything together.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
In the last 30 minutes, make a slurry combining the water and flour. Pour into the crockpot and stir.

After the chili is done, serve in a large bowl with some avocado slices, a sprinkle of cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and some cilantro!
