Soft, buttery croissants filled with an almond pastry cream that'll start any morning off right!

Almond Flour

Sugar

Almond Extract

Vanilla Extract

Butter

Sliced Almonds
Powdered Sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together almond flour, almond extract, vanilla extract, butter, sugar, and egg until it forms a paste.
Cut the croissants in half lengthwise. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the mixture on the bottom half of the croissant.
Put the top half back on and spread another half tablespoon on top. Place a few sliced almonds on top.
Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Dust with a little powdered sugar and enjoy!
