Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add butter to a saucepan over medium heat. Slowly stir every minute or so, until the butter begins to bubble. Then whisk constantly until the butter is a warm amber color.
Set butter aside to cool.
Add bananas to a bowl with cinnamon and mash until the bananas are mainly smooth with some chunks.
Add in browned butter, sugar, and vanilla. Stir everything together.
Add in one egg at a time, until they are fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gently, mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture.
Pour into a parchment paper-lined loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 45-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
