Chocolate Gingersnaps

Soft chocolate cookies with a snap of ginger and rolled in cinnamon sugar!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix no pudding added
  • 1/3 cup Flavorless Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Ginger

Rolling Sugar:

  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Whisk together eggs and oil.
  • Add in cake mix and ground ginger.
  • In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and ground ginger.
  • Take a scoop of cookie dough in your hand and roll it into a ball. Then roll it in the sugar mixture.
  • Place cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 13-15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
