Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together butter, brown sugar and sugar.
1 stick Butter, 1/2 cup Sugar, 1/2 cup Brown Sugar packed
After the sugar has been fully incorporated, add in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
1 Egg, 2 teaspoons Vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon Almond Extract
Then add in flour, baking powder, and salt.
1 3/4 cups Flour, 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder, 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Then add in dollops of the strawberry jam and swirl through the batter.

In a separate bowl combine crumble ingredients: butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, flour, and salt. Stir together.
3 tablespoons Butter, 1/2 cup Flour, 3 tablespoons Sugar, 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar, 1/8 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out the dough, gently press down slightly.
Top with a sprinkle of the crumble topping.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
