Triple Chocolate Brownies

Triple Chocolate brownies are loaded with chocolate, easy to make, and just asking to be smothered in ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Triple Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl in 30-second increments until fully melted.
  • Pour melted butter into a large bowl, then add in the brown sugar and sugar. Mix together.
  • Crack in the eggs and add the vanilla. Stir together.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Once the dry ingredients are almost mixed in, add the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into a parchment paper lined pan and bake for about 45-55 minutes.
  • Serve while they're still slightly warm and enjoy!

Notes

To make this a true Triple Chocolate Brownie, I added half a cup of milk chocolate chips and half a cup of dark chocolate chips. You can choose which kind of chocolate to add or just stick to one kind!
