Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Butter room temperature
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 4 tablespoons Sugar 2 tablespoons set aside
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 6 Chocolate Candy Kisses
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add butter, peanut butter, 2 tablespoons sugar, brown sugar, and mix together.2 tablespoons Butter room temperature, 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter, 4 tablespoons Sugar, 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- Add in vanilla extract and egg yolk and mix until everything is combined.1 Egg Yolk, 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Stir in flour and baking soda.1/3 cup Flour, 1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda
- Scoop into a ball and roll in the remaining two tablespoons of sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet and gently press down into a flatter disk. Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
