Why You’ll Love…
I love any kind of no bake dessert, especially one that you can throw together in less than 10 minutes of your time! This three ingredient treat is really my secret weapon for any type of party! Not only is it a total crowd pleaser, but it’s perfect for any time of year! For example, great gift packaged in a heart shape box with flowers for Valentine’s Day! Around Christmas time, it’s perfect for filling in cookie boxes, packaging for take home gifts after cookie exchanges, or just leaving out on a dessert tray as Christmas candy! Not many desserts can do all that and with only three ingredients!

Variations
Because these chocolate caramel pretzels are just a few simple ingredients, there’s a ton of ways to swap and change these treats to what fits best! You can really do a lot of fun things with these treats, especially when it comes to holiday parties, or other festive events!
Here’s a few candy switches I might make!
Hershey Kiss – From milk chocolate to dark chocolate, and all the other flavors, using one of these in place of the chocolate caramel candy can really change the whole vibe of these treats!
M&M’s – I love swapping the pecan halves out for some of these colorful candy coated chocolates! You can use certain colors to fit that time of year, for example, cute pastels for Easter or your favorite sports team’s colors! Festive and delicious!
Caramel Candies – If you want to leave out the chocolate all-together, you could just add a caramel candy on top of the pretzel and then use the pecan half on top! I would recommend adding a sprinkle of flaky sea salt as well to really play off the salted caramel treat!
If you have any homemade caramel that you want to add to this, make sure that’s a creamy caramel that can set up and hold it’s shape! Save the pourable caramel for the ice cream sundaes!

Equipment Needed:
No need for candy thermometers or double broilers with this candy recipe! All you need is really two things for these chocolate caramel pretzel bites!
Parchment Paper – some of the chocolate and caramel can melt through the pretzel, so it’s good to have parchment paper down so nothing sticks! I don’t recommend using wax paper, because this will be going into the oven!
Baking Sheet – Use whatever size you like best to fit as many pretzels as you can! Trust me when I say you’re going to want plenty of these treats!
