This Halloween S'mores Skillet is an ooey-gooey marshmallow heaven with a layer of melty chocolate and topped with special Halloween marshmallows! This dish comes together in less than 10 minutes and makes the perfect indoor s'mores!
What is a S'mores Skillet?
A s'mores skillet is the best way to enjoy s'mores inside! It has the feel of a deconstructed s'mores so it's a little less messy and easier for feeding a crowd!
To start off, chop up your chocolate, or you could use chocolate chips to make it even easier. Then add the chocolate to your skillet and top with marshmallows.
The chocolate gets all melty and delicious while the marshmallows get perfectly toasted on top.
You can use graham crackers to dip into the marshmallow deliciousness, but there's a ton of dipper options! Fruit, pretzels, cookies, you name it!
Halloween Fun
I love that Peeps are available for all the holidays now because they are so fun to eat and definitely my favorite Easter candy! I love getting the little ghost version to top of this Halloween dessert.
Because of the sugar coating on the marshmallow candies, be sure to watch them while it's baking in the oven to make sure it doesn't burn!
If you don't like these Halloween Peeps or you can't find them, regular marshmallows work just fine! I like to leave mine under the broiler when I use regular marshmallows to get that toasty marshmallow flavor. It's like the bowl version of a s'mores and I could not be more obsessed with this dessert!
