You’ll love how easy it is to make this no-churn homemade ice cream! It doesn’t require any special equipment like an ice cream maker or ice cream machine! Just a hand mixer and you’re good to make a delicious and easy ice cream to enjoy all summer long! These no-churn recipes are some of my favorite desserts to make during the summer! No churn Ice Cream
No churn ice cream is probably my favorite way to make ice cream! At it’s base, you really only need three ingredients: heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. From there, you can add whatever flavorings or mix-ins you want! The heavy cream gives this ice cream the perfect creamy texture! It truly tastes like the perfect soft-serve, without any of the hassle!
It’s a really simple ice cream base that you can really make whatever flavors you want to! One of the best flavors that I’ve made was an Oreo Coffee Ice Cream! It was everything you want in an ice cream! I have the recipe linked here if you want to try it!

Substitutions and Additions:
This No Churn S’mores Ice Cream is everything you love about s’mores but wrapped into one delicious ice cream! Here are few other ways you can tweak this simple recipe:
Chocolate Chunks: You can leave out the hot fudge and add in some milk chocolate shavings or a chopped up Hershey’s bar to really give the perfect s’mores vibe! You can also add in semi-sweet chocolate chips if you have them! Although I recommend using the mini ones so it’s easier to enjoy when you’re eating the ice cream!
Mini Marshmallows: You could also leave out the marshmallow fluff and add marshmallows to the ice cream! Although they will firm up in the freezer, they’re still a delicious additive to this ice cream!
Equipment Needed:
Hand Mixer – I like to use an electric mixer when I’m whipping up the heavy cream! However, you could also just pour the heavy cream into the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment and whip it up that way!
Medium Bowl – I like to have a medium to large mixing bowl to whip the heavy cream together! It just makes it a bit easier to ensure enough air is getting whipped into the heavy cream!
Rubber Spatula – Because you want to be slightly gentle when mixing the heavy cream, I like to use a spatula to gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk mixture.

Step 3: Gently stir sweetened condensed milk mixture and vanilla into the heavy cream.

Step 4. Pour half of the ice cream into a container, then add half of the marshmallow fluff, hot fudge, and crushed graham cracker. Pour remaining ice cream on top, then the rest of marshmallow fluff, hot fudge, and crushed graham cracker. Swirl together.
Storage Instructions:
If you’re going to be eating your ice cream within a few days, you can store it in a loaf pan with plastic wrap and tin foil securing it! However, if it’s going to be longer than than that, I recommend storing your homemade ice cream in a freezer-safe airtight container for abbot 2-3 months!

Helpful Tips and Tricks
When you’re at the grocery store, you might see heavy cream and whipping cream! It’s important to note that they are technically two different ingredients! Heavy cream has a higher fat content then whipping cream, which helps make this ice cream even creamier! However, both should work with this recipe!
This Easy No Churn S’mores Ice Cream recipe is one of my favorite summer treats to make! Not only is it super easy to whip together, but it’s perfect to make-ahead and enjoy after spending a day in the hot summer sun! The smooth and creamy chocolate ice cream paired with the swirls of sweet marshmallow and hot fudge sauce is truly perfection! Topped with a little crunch from the graham cracker crumbs and this ice cream has everything you need!
Cheers!
