This quick and easy dessert is going to be the Best S’mores Brownie Recipe of the summer! All the flavors you love of s’mores combined with a thick and chewy brownie in the middle! What could be better than that!?

Why You’ll Love…
You’ll love how easy it is to make and customize this dessert! It’s a quick recipe that comes together in less than 10 minutes but tastes like a homemade masterpiece! With a quick store-bought shortcut and a few extra ingredients, you can turn boxed brownie mix into something that tastes like a bakery-style dessert!
Store-bought Shortcut
I love using store-bought shortcuts in a recipe, especially during summer when time feels like it’s slipping away! One of my favorite hacks when using a store-bought mix is to add a few extra ingredients to take your favorite brownie mix to the next level.
In this recipe, I like to add a splash of vanilla extract to enhance the flavor of the chocolate and a handful of chocolate chips! Then you get a bite of melty chocolate with the gooey brownies and it’s pure perfection!
One of my favorite store-bought shortcuts is using premade pie dough! It saves you so much time and honestly tastes just as good! I use it in this recipe for a Rustic Strawberry Almond Galette and it’s a total showstopper! You wouldn’t even know it uses a store-bought shortcut!

Substitutions and Additions:
These easy S’mores Brownies are pretty delicious all on their own, with the buttery graham cracker crust and the fudgy brownies in the middle with the gooey marshmallows on top! Here are a few other options to transform these treats!
Marshmallow Fluff – If you don’t want to use mini marshmallows, you can add a few generous swirls of marshmallow fluff on top of the brownie batter before baking!
Chocolate Chips – Depending on how rich you want these brownies to be, you could use different types of chocolate chips, like milk chocolate or even dark chocolate! IF you really wanted to play up the classic flavors of s’mores, you could even add in chocolate Hershey’s chocolate bars too!
Salty Twist – If you wanted, you can add a swirl of peanut butter or some chopped peanuts to help balance out the sweetness! Or you could really go crazy and add a drizzle of caramel sauce on the top of the marshmallows and add a few pinches of flakey salt to the top!
Equipment Needed:
Mixing Bowl – Use whatever mixing bowl you like best to mix together the box brownie mix!
Square Baking Pan – I like to use an 8-inch square pan to get nice and thick brownies! You could also use a rectangular pan, just know the brownies will be a bit thinner!
Parchment Paper – This is crucial to making sure the brownies come out of the pan after baking! I like to make sure that my parchment paper comes over the sides to form wings that I can pull the brownies out of the pan after they’ve cooled!
