I love a good milkshake! It’s like everything you love about ice cream, but even more portable by being in a cup!
If I had realized how easy making a milkshake was, I probably wouldn’t have had to frequent my ice cream parlor as often.
But now that I know I can have a delicious milkshake, while still staying in my pajamas, I am in absolute heaven.
If you like a milkshake a little bit thicker, just add less milk. The amount My perfect ratio was 3 cups of ice cream with 1 cup of milk, for a perfectly thick ice cream that makes you wonder if a spoon just might be necessary!
Ingredients:
3 cups of mint chocolate chip ice cream
1- 1 1/2 cups of milk
4 mint chocolate wafer cookies, optional (but are they really?)
Whipped cream, for garnish
Add ice cream, milk, and wafer cookies into a blender.
Blend for a few minutes, until the cookies are all crushed up.
If the mixture is a little too thick, you can add about a half cup more of milk.
Pour into a large glass.
Top with whipped cream, a few cookie crumbles, and a straw!

A delicious dessert in under five minutes?!?! Um, yes please!
A delicious dessert in under five minutes filled with delicious minty sweet ice cream!?! Well, you just don’t get better than that!
