It's almost Halloween time!
Halloween is just around the corner which means it's time for all the spooktacular desserts to come out!
I have to say that some Halloween desserts can kind of freak me out. Jello eyeballs?! No, thanks!
I try to keep my desserts with enough Halloween spirit you can bring them to a party but not enough spirit that it grosses everyone out. I mean the whole point is for people to want to eat your dessert.
That's where these White Chocolate Mummy Marshmallow Bars come into play! They're really easy to make with just enough Halloween Spirit to get the party invite.
If you don't want mummies...
Okay, maybe mummies aren't your vibe. Or maybe you want to invite a few more monsters to the mash.
These marshmallow bars can be redesigned in a ton of Halloween shapes!
Instead of cutting these bars into rectangles, you could cut them into triangles and use different colored candy melts to turn them into candy corn!
If you had Halloween cookie cutters, you could cut out little bat or cat shapes and coat them in dark chocolate!
Or you could go Marshmallow Bar Crazy and make all of them!
Tips for these White Chocolate Mummy Marshmallow Bars:
- Cut a small little opening in the plastic bag, I think the drizzle looks better with a smaller opening and you'll have more control over the chocolate!
- If you can't find eyeball sprinkles, you can just use mini chocolate chips!
- If you're marshmallow is getting too sticky, use some cooking spray to help!
These are the easiest Halloween dessert you can make! You don't even need to turn the oven on! Plus this would be super fun to include the kiddos!

Mummy Marshmallow Bars
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 4 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 5 cups Rice Cereal
- ½ cup White Chocolate Chips melted
- Eyeball Sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot on the stove
- Add in mini marshmallows. Stir occasionally so they don't burn!
- After all the marshmallows have melted, remove from heat and stir in rice cereal.
- Pour marshmallow mixture into a lined-square pan. Press down firmly to really pack in the cereal.
- Let cool and harden, about 10 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until fully melted.
To Assemble:
- Cut marshmallow bars into rectangles.
- Pour melted white chocolate into a plastic sandwich bag and cut off the tip.
- Press two eyeball sprinkles into the marshmallow bar.
- Drizzle white chocolate over the top to form the mummy's wrapping.
- Let white chocolate harden and enjoy!
