An easy, healthy Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark that is perfect for snack, dessert or even to have with your breakfast! It's easy to make and even easier to eat! This yogurt bark is the perfect balance of sweet and salty.
What is Frozen Yogurt Bark?
This Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark is a spin on one of my favorite peanut butter dips that my mom would make! It's a super easy combination of peanut butter, yogurt, and honey! The dip form is absolutely amazing with fruit or pretzels and is a total crowd pleaser!
I wanted to add a little bit more to this dip to turn it into a sweet-tooth worthy dessert. I like to spread the dip onto parchment paper, top with a few chopped peanuts, and then let that freeze. Then I spread on a layer of dark chocolate and flakey salt!
Adding the dark chocolate to the top adds a bit more sweetness and adds more depth of flavor! I love the texture combination of the crunchy peanuts and the smooth peanut butter yogurt dip.
Tips and Tricks
This Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip couldn't be easier to make but I do have a few tips and tricks to make this dessert even easier!
- I like to let the yogurt bark layer freeze up first before I add the dark chocolate otherwise, the chocolate layer could swirl into the peanut butter layer. If you like a few swirls and swoops, you could do that and it would still be delicious. I like to see the different layers in mine yogurt bark, but its up to you!
- The great thing about this recipe is that it's totally customizable to you! If you like a sweeter dessert, you can add more honey to the peanut butter yogurt mixture. If you like more crunch, you can add more peanuts if you'd like! It's a really easy dessert that you can make the way you want to without worrying about messing anything up.
- I like to use a parchment paper to freeze the frozen yogurt dip to help make clean up a breeze.
