Warm, melty cheese with crunchy pecans and a drizzle of honey make this Easy Brie Appetizer a total crowd pleaser! It's easy to make in under 20 minutes and full of all the best flavors of the season. It's my go-to holiday appetizer for good reason!

Baked Brie in this Easy Brie Appetizer

Baked brie is the ultimate holiday appetizer but is absolute perfection in this Easy Brie Appetizer! It's one of the easiest appetizers that I've made and people devour it! Baked brie is amazing because typically it's made all in one dish that you just pop right in the oven. I've even seen some recipes that use an air fryer!

There's really no limit to the flavor combinations you can add to this appetizer! You can add sweet, savory, spicy, garlic-y, the options are endless!

I love this recipe because you get a little bit of sweet and a little bit salty and it pairs beautifully with the creamy brie.

Tips and Tricks

  1. I like to score the top of the brie rind before adding in this fig jam. As the brie bakes and softens, the jam melts into the cracks and combines with the cheese! You can also remove the top rind altogether if you'd like! Just be careful, this could impact the structure as it bakes!
  2. If you are serving the brie in the same dish it bakes in, be sure to cover the handle or the edges with a towel, so no guests accidently burn themselves!
  3. I like to serve this brie with multiple dipping options! I love serving it with warm crusty bread, some crunchy pretzels, and even some fruit!

Ingredient List:

  •  Brie
  • Pecans
  • Fig Jam
  • Brown Sugar
  • Honey
  • Thyme

This Easy Brie Appetizer comes together so quickly and makes the whole house smell amazing. I love the flavor combination of the brown sugar and honey with the creamy cheese and the snappy crunch from the pecans!

It's the perfect flavor combination with a little sweet, a little salty, a little creamy, and a little crunchy! How many appetizers do you know that can do that!?!

Cheers!
