Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies with Pretzels
These Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirled Cookies are the perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate with little sprinkles of pretzel throughout! This cookie recipe is inspired by Ben and Jerry's Netflix and Chilled ice cream! If you have tried this flavor, I *highly* suggest that you do, especially if you love sweet and salty together!
I created this peanut butter cookie dough and adding chunks of chocolate cookie dough to represent the brownie chunks in the ice cream! It's such a delicious flavor combination!
Peanut Butter Pretzel Cookies
Because this recipe is basically two cookie doughs swirling into one delicious cookie, there is a few steps to this recipe! If you were running short on time, you could substitute the chocolate cookie dough part for chocolate chips instead. I love the texture of the two different cookie doughs into one cookie, but the chocolate chips will add perfect chocolate flavor with less work!
If you wanted to leave out the chocolate altogether, that also works! Peanut butter and pretzels are just as delicious by themselves!
Cookie Tips and Tricks
I love to make cookies because they're so easy to make and they come together in under 30 minutes! Because I make them so much, I have a few tips and tricks to making cookies even eaiser!
First, I always use a cookie scoop when it comes to scooping out the cookie dough! This helps make sure you get the same size cookies every time!
Secondly, I love to use parchment paper when I'm baking! This helps make sure nothing sticks to the pan after your desserts are done. Trust me, there's nothing worse than smelling delicious baked goods, seeing how delicious they look, then not being able to get them out of the pan!
