- Raspberry Peach - toss in some fresh raspberries for a tangy little bite to pair with the peaches!

Equipment
This Honey Almond Galette is pretty easy to make so you really don't need any special equipment to make this recipe!
I like to bake my galettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so you have as minimal clean up as possible!
I'll link my baking sheets that I love right here!
Storage
To make this pie last as long as possible (we don't want any going to waste), cover tightly with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for about 4-5 days!
If you want to freeze this pie, cover tightly and securely and place in the freezer for about 3 months!
Top tip
Make sure to leave a 2-inch border around the edge of the pie crust when you're adding all the fruit! This is to ensure you have a good seal when you're folding the pie crust over the fruit! Otherwise, the crust could fall when it's baking and cause the fruit to leak out!
FAQ
Of course! Use whatever your favorite pie crust recipe is! I like to use the store-bought kind to make it easier, but you can use whichever you like best!
Absolutely! Use whatever fruit you like best!
I recommend using an egg wash to help the edges of the galette stick to each other! If you don't want to use egg, you can also use heavy cream instead!
Cheers!
