Fruit Loop Ice Cream is your childhood dream come true in a delicious icy dessert! Filled with fruity pops of color and sweetened with the perfect amount of vanilla extract, this ice cream is sure to be your new favorite flavor! Especially on warm summer days sitting by the pool!

No Churn Cereal Ice Cream

This No Churn Cereal Ice Cream is the perfect nostalgic dessert! If you've never tried to make a no-churn ice cream you are definitely missing out! Throw out that ice cream maker, you won't need it with this recipe!

This recipe works by whipping heavy cream to stiff peaks and then gently folding in sweetened condensed milk! The ice cream freezes into a smooth and creamy ice cream without the time and hassle of an ice cream machine.

Stiff peaks means that if you flip your mixer upside down the heavy cream will form a little mountain top and hold it's shape!

Cereal Milk Ice Cream Flavors

To get that perfect cereal milk flavor, I like to soak the fruit loops in the heavy cream for about 30 minutes before whipping it up! This infuses the heavy cream with the cereal flavor and you get that perfect cereal flavor!

You can use whatever cereal brand you like best! I love the fruity flavor for summer, but feel free to use your favorite cereal!

More like peaches and bourbon cream!

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Heavy Cream

  • Fruit Loops

A four-ingredient marvel, this Fruit Loop Ice Cream is the ice cream of your childhood dreams! It tastes just like that moment when you would eat all the cereal from the bowl and now you get to enjoy the fruity milk at the bottom.

Cone or cup, this ice cream is delicious either way!

  • 2 ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

2 ½ cups Heavy Cream, 3 cups Fruit Loops
  • After the cereal has soaked in the heavy cream, pour the heavy cream through a strainer into a large bowl.
  • Use a spatula to gently press the cereal to get all the heavy cream out.
  • Then mix with a hand mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form*.
  • This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  • Then pour in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Using a folding motion**, slowly stir together.
14- oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Pour ⅓ of the ice cream into square pan, then add in some of the remaining cup of Fruit Loops. Add in another ⅓ of the ice cream and add more Fruit Loops. Repeat this process until all the ice cream and Fruit Loops have been used.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for about 5 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, scoop a large dollop on top of a cone and enjoy!

Notes

*Soft peaks means that you can flip the mixer upside down and the cream will form a slight peak at the top that bends over on itself.
If you flip the mixer upside down, and the peak stands all the way up, that means you are at stiff peak territory and you should stop mixing! Then just use a spatula to stir in the rest of the ingredients so you don’t overmix!
**Folding means you take the spoon in the middle of the bowl and cut down to scrape the bottom of the bowl and gently fold that on to the top. Basically, its to gently incorporate the heavier mixture into the lighter mixture, without deflating it.
