1. Pecan Pie Brownies

A quick store-bought shortcut and you can transform simple boxed brownie mix into these rich and indulgent Pecan Pie Brownies! Who needs pie crust when you can have a fudgy, chocolate brownie as your base to the sweet and nutty pecan pie filling!? These brownies are easy to make and are full of flavor!

2. Marshmallow Fluff Graham Cracker Cookies

Nothing says indulgence better than a large dollop of marshmallow fluff with these Marshmallow Fluff Graham Cracker Cookies! From sweet marshmallow, to crunchy graham crackers, these cookies really have it all! They're easy to make and oh so indulgent!

3. Caramel Apple Cookie Sandwich

What's better than one cookie!?! Two cookies with ice cream in the middle! This recipe for Caramel Apple Cookie Sandwich is one of my all-time favorite desserts! A chewy apple pie cookie with a dollop of caramel and sweet vanilla ice cream; if you close your eyes, you might just think it's apple pie but so much better!

4. Coconut Almond Joy Cookies

Coconut, chocolate, almond, oh MY! These Coconut Almond Joy Cookies are packed with flavor in each bite! From a surprise-inside coconut filling, to melty chocolate chips and crunchy almonds, these cookies are a wonder! They might look hard to make, but no one needs to know how easy they really are!

Helpful Advice

One ingredient that I love to add to help boost my rich and indulgent desserts might surprise you.. A pinch of flakey salt on top doesn't make the desserts salty, but it does add a depth of flavor to counterbalance the sweetness! Try it out and let me know what you think!

5. Salted Caramel Pecan Pie Milkshake

Leftover pecan pie?! I have just the thing with this Salted Caramel Pecan Pie Milkshake! Nothing is more indulgent that a milkshake - well, except maybe a milkshake with two slices of pie inside! Talk about a sweet treat that's perfect for the holidays!

6. Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookies

Brownies and cookies all in one bite!? These Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookies are truly a dose of rich indulgence! They're easy to make with a little bite of brownie and cookie in each perfect bite! Dare I say a scoop of ice cream is just what these cookies need??

7. Chocolate Chip Cookie Croissants

Are these breakfast or dessert!? I say both! These Chocolate Chip Cookie Croissants are quick and easy way to indulge in the morning! A cup of coffee, a crisp cool morning, and a cookie croissant?! What could be better?!

Top tip

When it comes to rich and indulgent desserts, more is MORE! So feel free to add an extra splash of vanilla, a few more chocolate chips, and a pinch of flakey salt!

I hope you love these Festive New Year's Eve Desserts!

Have a wonderful holiday season full of love, laughter, and extra cookies!

Cheers!
